The headpieces remain the property of The Hat House of Euston at all times.

If the headpiece is lost or damaged the amount payable is the
wholesale value decided by The Hat House of Euston plus hire charge agreed.
This includes for damages such as dents, loss of decor and water damage.
The value must be paid to The Hat House of Euston within 5 working days
by the customer should this happen.

Care should be taken when wearing one of our headpieces in the rain and should
be kept under an umbrella where possible.
All headpieces are not waterproof or water resistant.

The standard hire duration is 5 working days, however if the headpiece is
required for a longer period of time then there maybe an extra charge which is
to be agreed prior to the hire.
If the headpiece is not returned within the hire duration of 5 workings days
agreed additional charges may apply.

Payment is made at the time of booking, by entering into a hire agreement
you agree that you have read and accept our terms and conditions.
Cancellation of the hire must be no less than one month prior to the intended
event in order to receive a full refund.

Once you have selected and booked your headpiece we will ensure that it is boxed
up ready for collection from our showroom a day or two before your event.
